The hotel offers spacious rooms with large balconies overlooking the luscious green resort area. While the cleanliness was average and some wear and tear was noticed, the view facing the pool was not as pleasant. The service provided by staff, especially led by General Manager Thuy and various hotel team members, was amazing and accommodating. The location allows for easy access to the night market and old town, despite needing improvements in cleanliness. The dining experience did the job with a good variety of options and delicious dishes. The hotel facilities were well-equipped, offering a mix of pros and cons.

My stay at the hotel in Hoi An was very relaxing, with comfortable rooms offering a good view. However, there were some issues with mosquitoes and broken equipment. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the town center, and the dining options were satisfactory with a decent variety.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The location is superb, just a short walk away from the old town with a serene view of the river. The facilities, especially the infinity pool and lovely garden, added to the overall relaxation and enjoyment of my stay.

The hotel's rooms, overlooking the restaurant/pool area, were a bit small with furnishing showing wear and tear, which could be disruptive due to early morning activity starting at 5.30 am onwards. The service was a mix of very attentive and helpful staff members with an occasional grumpy response when asked for assistance. The location, directly at the river, was really good, providing easy access to both the busy area and the main area of the old town. The dining experience offered a fantastic variety of delicious food but could have been better considering the hotel's quality. The facilities were satisfactory with a good selection to meet guests' needs.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The rooms, though a tad smaller than expected, were comfortable and had a charming view of the river and lawns. The location is unbeatable, right by the river with easy access to everything in town. Despite the room being a bit warm, the value for money here is exceptional.
